The Dominion Public Building is a significant architectural landmark that speaks about the will of the nation to guarantee the well being of its citizens. Finished in 1936 this September marks its 80th anniversay. The short documentary, The Lost Art of Drawing Buildings is about the design of the London landmark, looked at through the exquisitely crafted hand drawn designs and plans. It is about a public building that was designed and created for the greater good. As a work of film it is as beautifully crafted as the designs that it depicts.
