Jason, a lawyer, poses as a john to build a legal case against a ruthless pimp trafficking girls in Thailand. He meets a girl forced to work as a prostitute and she is critical to proving his case.

Miles, a young theatre actor from Toronto, stays with the two farmers in order to gather stories about rural life and write a play about it. All three of their lives are irrevocably altered when art attempts to imitate life and the line between truth and fiction is crossed.
SWO Connection: Shot in Huron County, with Actors who have all spent a portion of their lives in SWO.

Sally's on a mission to find a black dress, only she's not the best at shopping. Invisible to the millennials running the store, and unable to shake her mother's voice haunting her every move, she will have to persevere and face her reflection if she's going to find the perfect little black dress.
SWO Connection: Mackenzie Donaldson was born and raised in Stratford.  Sheila McCarthy lives in Stratford.

CARDINALS

When Valerie returns home from prison years after killing her neighbour in an apparent drunk driving accident, she wants nothing more than to move on - until the deceased's son shows up at her door and it becomes clear that the past is not easily forgotten. Cardinals won best screenplay at Whistler Film Festival, and Sheila McCarthy won a outstanding performance ACRTA award in 2017.  This premiered at TIFF last year.
SWO Connection: Directors Grayson Moore and Aiden Shipley are from Kitchener and Stratford.  Most of the film was shot in Kitchener and Stratford.
